Guarantees:
If any product get to be broke or damaged, we have an “inmediatly-return” policy. The first step is calling us or getting in contact so we know about the defect. The second step is sending it back to our store. Finally, if the defect is correct, we’ll send you a new product as the one the client order, shipping free.
Return Policy and Procedure:
In case a product (heat shirt) doesn’t work in a right way, we provide a return service, which consist in giving 5 days to our client to identify somethings wrong so they can freely return it to our store. We’ll give back the shipping fee to the clients paypal account or throu a check track.
Cancellation Policy:
Once processed the order we have a cancellation policy of three days. We also send multiple e-mails during those days, letting the user know they can still make any modification to their final order.
